CASE QUANTITIES

To ensure prompt shipments and to maintain accurate inventory control, we only accept orders in case quantities. When ordering online, please remember you are ordering by case or package quantity; for example, “1 package” may equal 10 units.

FREIGHT CHARGES

The freight charges, if applicable, are based on shipping from Northern New Jersey and the weight of the order, as well as insurance, fuel surcharges, residential delivery, etc. Effective June 1, 2010, all orders under $1500.00 will be charged freight. All backorders, regardless of the amount, will continue to be shipped prepaid.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:OPTICAL MEDIA AND VIDEO CASSETTES

Global Brands US, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (Global) warrants this product during its lifetime against defective workmanship or materials. Should you have any problems, please return the item(s) to the retail store from which it was purchased. If the retail store will not acceot them back, please return to Global Brands (postage prepaid), along with a brief note describing the issue to the address below:

Global Brands is not responsible for typographical errors. Global Brands makes no determination of the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and will not be responsible for any damages including but not limited to any defective products and/or late, lost, misdirected or incorrect shipments. Global Brands reserves the right to reject any orders for any reason we deem appropriate. Global Brands will advise the customer before shipping in the unlikely event of price changes and/or higher freight charges. Shipment will be delayed pending approval of written acceptance of revised prices and/or freight charges.

SALES TAX

All customers within the State of New Jersey are subject to a 7% Sales Tax. Exemption status must be approved before you place your order. New Jersey customers: if eligible, please contact us for a tax exempt form. If tax-exempt status is approved, no sales tax refunds for prior orders can be made from Global Brands . To determine whether your purchases are Tax Exempt, please contact the New Jersey Division of Taxation in your county. Customers outside the State of New Jersey may be subject to paying a “Use Tax” in the state where the products are received. Please consult your State’s department of taxation for information in this matter.

CREDIT CARDS

Global Brands accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. For your security and ours, Global Brands may require additional supporting information to gauge the validity of a credit card transaction. Global Brands reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, such “high risk” factors as a non-match of billing and shipping address. Authorization of credit card charges does not constitute an agreement for Global Brands to “fulfill” your order. Should your order be canceled for any reason, credit card charges will be voided or credited.

There is a minimum order amount of $100.00 for all phone and mail orders.

GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS

Global Brands sells to customers within the United States and Puerto Rico. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
